@jaszon27 Victoria's Elphaba was by far the weakest performance I have seen in the role. Vocals were all over the place and I wasn't able to connect with her acting at all. Also, she was paired with Christina DeCicco, who is the weakest Glinda I have seen (I like her in other shows...just not Wicked).

@BroadwayJonathan Why? I love Victoria more. I don't care for Coleen much.

i love coleen sexton very much, her voice is wonderful. but i have to say i like Idina better as elfie and christen chenoweth better as glenda. ... just my opinion but still bravo..

She is really good. I wish I had seen her instead of Victoria Matlock when I saw the tour in Baltimore.

Coleen Sexton is my second cousin. Altough ive never met her shes doing what i dream of doing one day. if u think im lying u can ask me . like i said i never met her but shes my dads cousin and my step mom and cousins went to see wicked a couple years ago and it was a night she was playing elphaba uhmm i think i spelled that wrong. lol

Uh....she doesnt crack on the last night. She growls it which is a personal and appropriate vocal choice. Id reeeeally love to hear some of these haters post a response video singing this themselves.

@RedKingCommandz what crack? That's an ostinato!

@RedKingCommandz Personally, I thought Coleen was brilliant in Jekyll and Hyde and is vastly underrated in Wicked. She sounds absolutely fantastic and is far stronger than some more well known Elphabas. As for the crack on the last note, I actually find it amazing that she pulled through it and still ended the song well - most people would break and have to stop, breathe, and restart. Coleen manages to pull through it and sounds fantastic afterwords - an extremely difficult task.
i wonder why the wizard has to call his gaurds
