  • Hi Carolyn. I have a question about the dish. Is it possible to use seafood instead of the sausage?

  • @BayouBeauti75 Why not, that sounds good too :)

  • just found your channel. Trying this recipe tomorrow for dinner. How do you keep all of your cookware looking brand new?? what type of cleaner and scrubbers do you use? I will let you know how it turns out and I will be purchasing the Grand Diamond seasoning also.

  • @easternstar12 Well this particular cookware is pretty new. I just made sure when I used it I washed it right away. Good hot soapy dish water should do the trick, but no steel wool. Green pads that have a sponge are ok b/c they're not too abrasive. Enjoy this recipe and you can also use spinach. Thanks so much hanging out with me and having fun in the kitchen :D

  • I tried this tonight, very easy. Next time I must make sure i spread the meat mixture over the whole noodle..I love your channel!!

  • @latisha8285 So glad to hear you tried the recipe. Thanks for letting me know how it turned out :D
