  • i recently got a doberman and his 2 months and 13 days old.13 days ago his 7.2kg i brought him to the vet a while ago and i weighed him. his now 9.4kg. is that normal?vet says his big but not overweight.thanks.could anyone estimate how big can he become?thanks.

  • @mgit3387 Hard to say buddy... But the norm would be around 100 pounds maximum... Anything over that is rare, or fat...

  • American bred one is the smaller more muscular one... The german bred one is 120 pounds, longer and taller. Much bigger! The German bred dobe is 13 years old in this video though...

  • @billybobthornton1234 The American Dobes are AKC standards, and the German and Russian simply are not.

  • which 1 is the american bred?

  • @CHARLIExISxAWESOME The one looking into the camera...

  • @midlands72 probably you can get them anywhere all they are dobermans that were breed in europe and were used for work but they are bred everywhere i bought one in PA

  • typical doberman, just standing there making sure everything is cool lol ....... i have a dobie and he does the same shit. always on guard

  • I got my Dob from Hungary, he is 7 months old, 34 kg and 65 cm tall

  • @NicoleH92Lee

My import when he was 4 months old was 22.5 inches at the withers, and weighted 57.3 lbs now that he is 9 months old he is 27.8 inches at the withers and weights 90lbs he still has some growing to do.

  • @NicoleH92Lee

There could be a possibility but a lot of people in the states now a days are advertising European dobes and selling them for a larger amount than an American when the truth is that they are mixed with black Great Danes and Rottweilers, its only possible when they are imports like my Dobe puppy that i got Imported from Russia he is larger than my American dobe.

  • I just recently purchased an import from Russia with working bloodlines from Germany and Russia he is huge he is 9 months old and 90 lbs and 27.8 inches at the withers he is quite large but European dobes are bigger and more muscular than American dobes. nice dobes.
