Some people that have been leaving comments are decent informed people, others seem ignorant, ill-informed and jealous. Just a couple of points: Burj Al Arab is a fantastic hotel, beautiful rooms and a fantastic setting. The Ritz in London AND Paris are nowhere near as plush, the London one is particularly shit. Dubai is not "an empty desert" and the villas and hotels are at near full occupancy, yes the rents have fallen but tell me one country that it hasn't over the last 18months? Too many bu

the hotel was built to prove the world Arabs are the best. as all of y'all think we are barabaric. his opinion is his opinion. there are a lot of white chrisitian folks were i come from who are big on modesty too. soo please, its only an opinion so respect it without calling him an extremist.
