The insulators on that pole is not constructed for more than 24-30 KV, because of rain an dirt, so i doubt that he got 50 KV through his body, because a power line is secured with alot more Amperes than a human body can handle! even the resistance from the pole and the human skin, vil not help so very much at 50 KV, so I dont think there is more than 22 KV line, so Phase to earth becomes 11 KV because there are 3 phases.. :)
