Her name is Allison Miller. She's a session drummer and an accomplished jazz drummer. She has most notably played with Ani, Natalie Merchant and Norah Jones as well as ton of jazz musicians. She currently is in a band with indie artist, as well as a friend of Ani's, Erin McKeown.

Yeah, she has the ability to put herself so in the moment when she sings. I mean she's so "there". It's really awesome to watch.
