Does anyone remember the little hole in the wall shop on a roadside somewhere near Ainjar where you'd stop and get these yard-long lebneh sandwiches on fresh thin bread? They'd put some herbs and red pepper and olive oil! Yummy! What I wouldn't give for one of those now1
