Sounds like the motor needs servicing, or the main bearing needs lubing(not to much though!!)Also could be the small cog needs changing(on the main bearing)If it's one of the grey type cogs then it could of worn so the drive shaft off the armature is just spinning inside the cog.If it is change it for
one of the brass cogs.Cheers

Don't forget everyone that 1 of my power clips was used.
That 66 stopped quick. When the pannier moved off I thought you added a whistle in lol, and a half cab pannier on mk4s????!!!
