@rb0880 I don't think so. Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum are completely different workouts. The title, I believe is just to keep it sounding crazy, because it is!

hey man how long ago did asylum come out? a long time ago when they first leaked news about this being developed i went to the website and signed up to be notified as soon as it was released and i never got anything...WTF...oh well ill get it now..

@andrademeza It came out April 14, 2011. If you were on my email subscribe list, you would have, or should have, received an email about the release. I emailed all my subscribers on the day of release, and then a followup email a few days after that.

Do I have to do Insanity first then Insanity Asylum or can I skip the first Insanity

@csanchez183 Depends, you need to be in fairly great shape to do Asylum. I would say Insanity first.
