786 in Islam?

Assalamo Aleikum Brothers & Sisters in Islam

I Have a few questions for all my brothers and sisters in Islam. My Questions are very simple but some of you, might take it, in a offensive way, but please give it a thought and ask this same questions to others, especially our Imams (Teachers).

My Questions are:

Where did the numbers 786 originated from?
The 786 its not mentioned in the Quran, then why do some of us use it?
Why do the majority of our brothers and sisters in Islam have so much faith in those numbers?

Like all of you, I, as your Muslim brother in Islam, have got the right to ask this question, because, after searching for some good time, couldn't find a concrete answer or no one bothers in answering it and so far all of the people I've spoken to about this, have agreed that the numbers 786 were simply made up.
I have now come to believe that these numbers are a deceit to our religion.

If you believe in these numbers 786, I hope you can provide at least some evidence that these numbers have indeed any meaning in our Islamic religion & a reason to why should islamic people should have faith in them?

What 786.. I,m muslim and never heard that number used by muslim unless in mathematics and calculation.. the meaning of 786 is just ordinary number.... where did you got the idea telling that 786 is number believing by muslim?

If you have never heard of 786, that is good, you and your family are most certain to be in the right direction.

Majority of muslims that come from Africa, Pakistan, India and some other contries are the ones who spread this 786 nonsense.

Youself, do a bit of research and you will find a lot of nonsense about it.

My entire life I had my family, my entire community, where ever I went, they all spoke of 786 until I decided to investigate it thoroughly.

Thanks for that, but this is something that I already knew.

My point of making this video, is not to find out the meaning of 786, but instead to open the minds of people that believe in the numbers 786 when they shouldnt.

As the links of the article you posted, shows that the so called (mathematical miracle) of the Quran was discovered by Dr. Khalifa in the early 1970's.

Bear in mind that these numbers were implemented in islam by a DR. and NOT our Prophet S.A.W. (PBUH).

Don't reduce the quran to numbers. The Quran was written in words and should be read in words. I dont start my eating my meals by saying 786, I start them by saying bismillah el rahman el raheem.

I keep on hearing people swearing islam on youtube, but not in front of my face, i live in tower hamlets, the most dangerous area but i aint scared going out, i came on youtube n saw this boy swearing and saying bad thing againts islam which got me realy pissed off, n that boy is shit scared of me cuz he lives in my area, it took a long time to find it out but i did, and trust me every muslim boys in that area fucked him up silly, he ended up in the hospital for 5 years
