McCain gave up information to stay alive in 'Nam. Unfortunately for him torture worked. It's horrible, but it works. It's a necessary evil for our welfare as a nation.

people will eventualy confess to something they didnt do if they are being tortured, Obviously!! over 90 percent of people who are put in prison and later found to be innocent plead guilty' why, because the police basicly make them because otherwise they get in even more trouble, and they never even did ne thing in the first place'!!!!!!!!

I have lived in the south most of my life, but every cop I've known was racist. I can only sigh.

But there is something worse than even that: the drug war. It's up to $52 billion a year now. We spend enough money each year taking away people's weed to send hundreds of thousands of kids to college. Can you even imagine anything stupider than that? Our markets starve for skilled workers while helicopters flit about looking for mary jane. It's beyond madness. It's goddamn suicide.

Romney's not as stupid as these comments, but he's not that much smarter either. He doesn't fully believe he's saying here (at least I hope,.. who can know what he really believes), but it doesn't matter -- you're supposed to be a man first, regardless of your station in life. And Romney just doesn't believe in that.

I know that the truth can be a hard road to travel. Life ain't easy or fair, but you can only stray so far from that road before you never find your way back.
