On a field of sound, instrumental colors are applied like paint, shaped and bent, twisted and layered. Composers Gene Coleman and Kyle Bartlett connect with the visual art of Jennie Thwing and Sherif Habashi, whose powerful and intriguing work appears in the Nexus Gallery space in November.

Choose your encore performance! Kyle Bartlett's Blossom, ether, singularity will be repeated on Friday's concert, and Gene Coleman's Gadget will be repeated on Sunday.
