Yes I do. It certainly feels like there is more pressure building in the slow movements when Im physically doing it..but the video doesn't lie. My next goal will be simply to increase those slow movements until the pressure cannot be contained, then explode out into the next move. Niju is filled with those types of things so I hope that takes it to the next level.

I won my Association Championships two years in a row with Nijushiho !

I went to top 8 with it 2 yrs ago at Nationals..but actually it is much better now. Im hoping those little 'mastery and impression' details will get me even further this year.
