they are labor intensive. the more work you do yourself w/recycled materials, the lower the cost

@mesicnicarodej Cob houses are situated in very, very hot climates. A good chance zombies won't thrive there. What makes a wooden house so defensible? The walls aren't even solid.

Each house took a different amount of time. A 1000 Sqft cob home takes about 1000 hours for the walls and roof with 1 man working. Add a few people to the mix and that time can really be cut down.
