In a sport as dynamic as alpine skiing, a proper warm-up is critical for both performance and safety. Before hitting the slopes, take the time to increase your muscle/core temperature, mobilize you're major joints and tissues, and then activate major muscles, and motor patterns. While the video depicts a comprehensive warm-up routine, you can certainly get yourself ready with a shortened version of this.
