Question right here ; why do it only seem to work if i scale it at 5 times , i tried to scale it 4 times many times and at the end some vertex wont move when i rotate the armature ; like they where not assigned.

sorry man but you make mistake cuz of the amature will be one bone!!!!!!! so if you want pose it it wont work!
