I was expecting the wasp to fall inside of the trap. How anti-climatic. =(

I don't know if you have seen it just yet but in my garden it has happen. The pitcher
plant has captured the wasp. The following next day I past my plant & the wasp has chewed through the plant but only its head has gotten through. Oh the horror. Its head has becomes like spackle frozen in time while other insects settle in.

@kyddoemiko100 Hahaha, funny you should say this. I was trimming dead leaves from my pitchers today, and I was showing my friend how moths eat their way through the wall and stick their heads out. Maybe they're wasp holes and the moths just use them. I've seen it with wasps, too.

i think this is an unnecessarily under appreciated video. i mean look at the camera quality! its awesome! and how many times do you get to see such a good shot? congrats tenroaches, this video deserves much more then 52 views!

@TheDistortionBassist Thanks. :-) I had to upload it twice when I posted it, because it didn't work right the first time. It got tons of views real quick when it didn't work right, and then it worked and didn't get many at all. :-\
