This two minute clip shows the end of charge for a 48V 10Ah battery pack made up of 16 40138-sized LiFePO4 cells. There's an orange light for each cell that lights when the cell enters its own end of charge period. Once all 16 cells catch up - once all 16 cells are balanced - the far left orange/red LED will change to green. That green indicator signals the end of charge for the pack. You can hear the change in the charger fans as the power demand is cut by the BMS.

  • The cells are capable of 10C continuous and 13C for 18 seconds - so for this pack of 16 cells in series, it's capable of 100A continuous and 130A pulses.

  • Very nice. What's the max AMPs your pack can put out for lets say 10 seconds?
