This kid should absolutely not be tried as an adult. I don't know if the knew what he did or if it was deliberate or if he knows what it means to end a life even. The kid should get mental help and have a possibility to get off free. The kid is clueless.

How do cops get away with this? Guilty or not he's 8 and has no one there with him. Just cops hounding him. You can make an 8 year old say ANYTHING when they are scared.

When I was 12 I plotted my fathers death. Like this kid said about not wanting to see him suffer. I lived alone with my father and he would come home drunk and fake heart attacks. At first I was really scared and would just sit and cry. At first I would get his pills, then he would say he hid them because he wanted to die. Eventually I planned to kill him and end his suffering. I thought I had no choice. It never happened due to other reasons but macho dads need to watch what they say to kids.
