(cont.) Why not watch these videos (all 3) before you make comments on them? The scriptures deny Calvin's teachings, every last one of them. He was wrong about everything. Yeshua said this, "...no good fruit comes from a bad tree." The Baptists have their version of Calvinism and say they are not following a man. Fine. However, they share much of his perverted doctrines of their own variety. In doing so they have denied Christ, His Truth, and teach His fear by their own precepts.

(cont.) You agree with the depraved "pope" of Geneva. You call Yaweh a liar and choose error as "the light." This is why you do not have eyestosee, though you are convinced you have earstohear. All of Calvin's bent (who deny freewill) cannot understand Yah's foreknowledge, and therefore, are totally confused regarding election. They procede to share blindness, as light. They profess themselves to be wise, but have become fools. You also believe man cannot fall from grace.

@theearstohear - Question: You don't see the point I am making here. Only Christ can save us, and Christ is Yaweh manifest in the flesh (1 Tim.3:16.) "Nothing is impossible with Yah", however, even Yahweh cannot sin. So, there is something impossible for Him. He is always true and righteous. He does not create man that he cannot choose to repent, and then "command all men everywhere" to repentance."(Acts 17:30) Yah does not create the masses for Hell, and a few for redemption.

@offline111 - Don't worry, you won't offend me, brother :) I'll go you one further, my argument is PRECISELY like saying "because man cannot sprout wings and fly to the moon, this proves he does not have free will." The fact that this is so proves that the will is not ABSOLUTELY FREE but is limited by man's nature. You say that freewill is not about choosing something impossible, but Christ said "with men this IS IMPOSSIBLE." (Matt 19:26) I've roped off two hooves, care to go for three?

@theearstohear - Not to offend, but, your argument is a lot like saying "Because man cannot sprout wings and fly to the moon, this proves he does not have free will." Only Christ can save us and only through the blood of His suffering cross. Whether man ever thought he could save himself or not is immaterial. Freewill is not about choosing to do something impossible for us. It is about being able to freely choose between truth and error, the way of life and the way of death.

I am no Calvinist, but a command does not logically necessitate the ability to respond. That is a logical fallacy. Man's will is not absolutely free, else he could chose to save himself. His Adamic nature prevents him from being his own savior. Thus man's will is not free so far as self-salvation is concerned. So much for absolute free will. Should I go on or wait for you to say that by "free will" you actually mean LIMITED free will? Step into that trap and you're hog tied :)

@Mcfirefly2 - Yes. That is the bottom line, unbelief. They hate God and the remembrance of His Truth. Because they hate Him they will hate His servants. Nothing new about this. .. from Cain, to Haman, to Esau, etc., same spirit.
