In a small studio in Brooklyn, novelist-turned-knifemaker Joel Bukiewicz crafts knives of the highest quality under the label Cut Brooklyn. Our video visits Joel in his studio and watches the exceedingly rare craft of cutting and sanding steel to perfection.

Watch the Chow video on Cut Brooklyn instead, much better.
Horrible and annoying music btw.

Super vid! Enjoyed watching this again! If The knives performs as it is intended, has that ' feel right,' sensation in the hand, and appeal to your eye, having that certain 'somthing' that is different for everyone, then it's you that justifies the price you pay. I haven't held one of this gentleman's knives and wish I could !! His words at ' 2:45 about being happy mean a lot, 'cause if'n he aint happy the knife will be crappy !! Wow! steady on Steve ! haha! 5X5Fav,Save+Share!
