@Andrew4World hmm :/ I think it should work...cause theres this dude on youtube who also does tutorials and I THINK he might have a Macbook..I'm not too sure tho..Thats weird, you may wanna re download it. If you haven't already. It could help but then again it could happen again.. :/

@Andrew4World Its prob cause you didn't add an alpha channel to your pix. Go to Layer--Transparency--add alpha channel and it should work..

@saddiecalico just follow those steps in the video for both pix and save them as .PNG and then just open a NEW pix or window in GIMP and merge them 2gether. If you need a video just let me know and I can try n help ya out!! :D Thanks for the question!
