My favourite part.It contains the description of the boy for The Doctor, the dream of a normal death and the Fury of a Timelord.

GAH! David Tennant! Every time he tears up/cries/looks pained, I start crying. Especially when that dream sequence happened, I was in tears...then a few seconds later he makes me laugh by saying things like "You shouldn't have let me press all those buttons"

@Squiglypig David Tennant's Doctor was recovering from being the Eccleston's Doctor Who was so full of hate and rage and pain because of how eight had to end the Time War. Matt's Doctor is now the reborn Doctor and he's learned to be more humane... :nod: Have you seen the First Doctor? He was willing to bludgeon an injured Caveman to death with a rock... because he was slowing them down...

David Tennant's Doctor was a very cold-hearted person to those that did not stop when he asked them to. He always gave them a chance and if they didn't listen, he'd make sure that they never got the chance to do so again.

The music combined with Story, characters, dialogue, acting and this impending sense of a terrible fate for all the young men at the school because of the great war a year to come makes Human Nature and the Family of blood in my perspective the best two episodes of Series 3. I think they really did there research for these episodes. The Crimea Veteran and the Headmasters past in the 2nd Boer war those two little touches i think gave the story just that extra bit of depth
