The Perfect Proposal

Location: Torrey Pines beach in San Diego.
Time: Sunset
Mission: To pull off the perfect proposal.
Ingredients: Sunset
*special mini-champagne bottle from Valentine's Day that was washed up by the ocean with a treasure map inside
*buried treasure chest that I got in Sarajevo, Bosnia with the intent on using it for a ring someday
*Uhaul decked out like a fine restaurant *12 8x10 photos of our journey together so far *16 candles *big bouquet of flowers *another treasure chest (also from Bosnia) with a heart & a key & a special note to Emily from me that I read to her *bottle of wine we were saving for a special occasion (which coincidentally the key also is a bottle opener) *pizza...what can beat pizza and sunsets?

Emily met me at the beach to watch the sunset. This wasn't surprising given my love of sunsets and the beautiful San Diego weather that day. Oh, just go ahead and watch the video.
