Includes four OEM Volksagen / Audi Hitachi "E" style coil packs, stainless securing bolts, OEM wiring harness heat shield & a set of NGK spark plugs.

This ECS Stage III Ignition solution converts your troublesome & hard to get Bremi brand coil packs (oem part # 06B 905 115L or R) with the more durable Hitachi brand coil pack. Over the years the Hitachi has shown to be much more durable than the Bremi's along with being able to be secured to the valve cover with 2 allen headed bolts. This ECS stage III ignition solution kit includes the following:

- Four OEM "E" version Hitachi coil packs
- 8 stainless securing screws & washers
- OEM wiring harness heat shield
- 4 NGK spark plugs (PFR6Q)
- O-rings for sealing new coil packs to cylinder head

  • was this coilpack was for the AWD engine ? please let me know . thanks

  • @D4nTDI For AWD & AWW engines that came stock with bolt down coil packs.

  • Stage 1-3 will use all OEM coil packs.

  • Are these coil packs better then oem? I already did my recall and now they need to be replaced again

  • @Joshuabrutl These are the more durable Hitachi brand "E" coil pack.

  • when you replace the ignition coils, do u usually replace the spark plugs too? How often should this get done or at least how often should the spark plugs get replaced?

  • @leopardqueen86 We recommend changing the spark plugs any time you change the ignition coils, this will ensure that you won't have any misfires. Ignition coils and sparks plugs should be changed every 40k miles.
