COVERT EMF DEW (UGLY REPULSIVE GANGSTALKER PERP FOLLOWING/GPSING W/CP IN PUBLIC)

I AM A TI (TARGETED INDIVIDUAL), & THIS WOMAN IS A GANGSTALKING PERP using her cp to TARGET ME/GPS my location, AND TRANSMIT EMF. Anytime I am out, several STALKERS will show up, and are either talking on/will start calling/fiddling around/ or just holding open their cp's in order to intentionally transmit an EM signal. EMF signals cause neurological disorders.They are receiving Gov't compensation for this illegal covert activity. She tried to claim that "I can't take her picture", but I informed her that in public there is NO RIGHT TO PRIVACY, and I was going to continue videotaping.

Directed Energy Weapons transmit concentrated "energy" to a specific target. ElectroMagnetic Frequencies are VERY harmful frequencies & can be generated thru power lines, pcs, military radar systems, appliances, cellphones, (basically anything electrical) etc.. I know what you mean and I can relate to your description. As a victim of these crimes, often times I'm confronted in this way, but I just play it off. Now that I'm using surveillance equipment, I'm able to avoid this interaction. But I still use my cell phone for certain situations as I want to make sure I get the right moment. Thanks for sharing.

I've had a few get in my face and say the same thing. Sometimes I delete the pictures to avoid THEM making trouble for me, but sometimes not. They know full well when they confront you that you're taking their picture.
