Weber JAVA kit point to point handwired EL34's

This amp has a great full tone. This video was made using my Strat with texas specials , 2X12" speakers, and just the internal mic of my digital camera.

Would you put this in a hiwatt category? I see only output and power transformers. 2 el35s. Except the 3 preamp, hiwatt usually has 4 preamp. The control layout seems closely related to a hiwatt.

I was really excited to order one of these kits, but man- that buzz is terrible! Did you twist and raise your heater wires? I thought my metroamp was humming too loud and re-grounded everything until it was silent. I don't want to invest in one of these unless they can be made quiet.

@Airshipidyship Yes wires are twisted and shielded inputs. I think the camera mic exagerated the noise slightly during non playing times.
