yeah im on the level one below that. and its still a bitch. do those smaller ceph keep on spawning or is it possible to kill them all and just focus on the pinger?

@UndetwineLink I'm playing on Superhuman difficulty. It took me many tries and a couple hours to get through this one. It's easily the most difficult fight in the game.

i agree with u its the toughest battle but the best way to beat it is to save up as much C4 as you can and plant it before it comes and just wait till it walks right over, then detonate it, after if u can find one more C4 throw it underneath and blow i up and thats it thats how i beat it on my second try on supersoldier =)

i hate those big motherfuckers and it sucks to fight alone that when the little ones kicks your fuckin ass from behind and theres no marines covering you.

This pissed me off so bad today, Bought Crysis 2 and I "accidently" put it on superhuman, I got here after about 12 hours of playing so far (superhuman is not that difficult, it's a matter of camo, headshots and C4 but this level is HELL!) I finally beat this motherfucker by going on the rooftop of the small centre building and shooting one of the sandbags off creating just enough room for me to shoot the tip of the Pingers' head, for some reason the cephs dont go up there once the pinger is out

u don really need to worry bout the small ones so long as they don't see you for a long enough time. Just try to focus on the big one while inside the building and the others leave you alone. That's how id did it.

just about to try it again on superhuman. I though the previous Pinger was a pain, but this ones unreal. The other hard level on superhuman is trying to shoot down the helicopter in the lab with soldiers popping in. Hard work for sure, tho the gold trophy is a fine reward.

@TheFirstCrippler really ? were you playing on post human ? cos i changed down to vteran and then couldnt go up again, and even thought i left the pinger roaming just becouse i like its scream noise, once i dispatched the third wave of predators that was it,the only infinite wave i know of is the air battery, if you dont switch it up, they keep coming, i used this to load on nano stuff.

@bladerj Nope they keep coming, made a try today that lasted roughly 25 min and used up ~400 MG60 bullets just for them. Also on superhuman ofc.
