Phelps Gets World Record, Seventh Gold

Michael Phelps of the United States broke his own world record in the final of the men's 400-meter individual medley at the world championships on Sunday. Phelps, 21, won the gold in four minutes, 6.22 seconds to wipe 2.04 seconds off the previous mark of 4:08.26 which he set at the 2004 Athens Olympics. (Universal Sports, WCSN, WCSN.com)
