I want the whole world and the Australian public to know that my wife died from a horrendous medical malpractice in a leading Sydney public hospital. My name is Antonio Riveiro. I am an Australian Citizen and have been for 41 years. I want the world and the Australian public to know who my wife was, and how she died of a needless cause. She was born in Montevideo on the 31st of March 1936 under the name of Mirta Gladys Justo Mutuberria. She was a wonderful person, a fine wife and was always willing to help others in need. Being together, we had no need for anything else to have a wonderful time, just each other. She always was looking after my needs before her own.

Officially, she was pronounced dead at 1:10 am on the 26th February 2008, but her real death was a few hours before on the 25th at 9:30 pm. Even when she was dying in my arms her thoughts were not for herself, but for me, feeling sorry that she was leaving me alone. Upon her last words she said: "Tony, what have these doctors done to me? They have killed me".

It is my strongest and most determined belief, backed by clear irrefutable evidence that her death was a result of sheer medical ignorance. Ignorance of which I know still sweeps the halls of the Hematology unit of the Hospital in which she died an unforeseeable death.
