I got mine at gainesville coins and Apmex. They just came out a month ago and the 1 oz coins are a limited mintage of 300,000 (30,000 for the 1oz gold). The dragon is the most popular animal in the chinese zodiac and therefore the Chinese demand for these drives up the aftermarket premium.
