Applying textures included with SketchUp 6 to a model. Applying reflections with SU Podium then rendering. http://www.suplugins.com - Check out the free eval version of Podium.
nice rendering .. i tried sketchup + podium last night for the 1st time - i'm a 1st time user - i rendered my house design but it was no where close to yours.
i'll need to look up the tutorials and i'll master it.
found a free one, a bit complicate to use, but u live, just make sure ur cpu and gpu can handle it :), it crash on me, my specs: 3gb of ram, sempron 3200+ 1.8ghz, intergraded 6100 n405 256mb onboard (cheer), and the name of that rendering software is: kerkythea 2008 :), enjoy
(This is no reflection of your tutorial, only podium)
Podium is quite possibly the crappiest render solution for sketchup available; the fact that you have to pay for something so basic is almost criminal.
You should probably check out Kerkythea (amongst many others, which are equally as good), it's a far more advanced program with multiple methods of rendering, and above all it's completely free.
@fairyland007 He says at the start. It's Google Sketchup.
