How to Paint an Xbox 360 Controller with NO DISASSEMBLY!

Please keep in mind internet, I am an amateur at this and did the best I could without spray paint or disassembly. I'd appreciate some constructive criticism and/or compliments. I'll also be putting up a video for when I'm painting my faceplate to match as I mentioned with a full tutorial so stay tuned and subscribe for that.
