Raptor and SU-37 are both awesome.... the Raptor just costs a lot more, but for the right reasons. It's extremely stealthy, and it can be outnumbered and still fight bandits off. Watch the Top 10 fighters series. Still, although they are awesome, you don't have enough of them. You spread your air force out. The SU-37 comes from the SU-27 Flanker. You can also get an SU-35 Super Flanker or an even better version, the SU-37 Terminator. It's a lower cost aircraft that's like a raptor minus stealth.

I have to give this one to the Russians it was one of the first 5th gen aircraft to do this well i think. the f-22 is a 6th gen aircraft which can do the same thing but much much more

now that usa have no money and trillions dept i can't wait for them to pull off all theyr bases from around the globe and shove them up theyr ass. you say su-37 is no better then f-22 on some aspects, then wait for russias 5th generation fighter and see how pitty ur raptor will look i front of it.

there is so much more in russia then just oil and gas, wich will not run out in ur lifetime. face it, usa is just a bug bubble, sooner or later it would blow up. pay your depts and keep low profile for a change.

oh really, such as what? Because oil and gas exports make up a large percentage of the GDP of Russia. And being under 20, chances are the oil will run out in my lifetime. The USA's bubble may burst, but then it will re-form. When Russias bubble bursts, its oil and gas barons will flee, leaving nothing but a nation of feudal peasants and incredibly poor people. Not exactly the foundation for a world power.

And your comparison of the F-22 to the 5th gen Russian fighter is like comparing the P-38 to an A-10, though not so exaggerated. Of course it should be better, it will be newer.
