"Recently, all 50 glaciers in NZ were growing" but ...
"NZ’s glaciers are melting away, according to an annual survey of the snowline on 50 glaciers in the South Island, the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) announced Monday.
They have lost half of their snow & ice over the last 30 years, confirming that the glaciers again lost much more ice than they gained in the 12 months ending March..."
The facts seem to be at odds with your assertion

That looks beautiful.
Only melting land ice contributes to sea levels, not melting ice bergs though.

Nice. :)
Very relaxing music.
The Glaciers are renewing fast enough to keep up with the current break off and melting. It is historically colder in Antarctica.
This is not the case in other regions of the Antarctic Convergence. The glaciers are not renewing as quickly as the glaciers are receding with less precipitation.
