i'm looking at either this pedal or the Red Witch Fuzz God 2, if i'm looking for a bit of everything, which pedal will do the job better?

how bad ass is it that the first riff is smashing pumpkins!

MP Sweet Honey > Mighty Red > Fire Red Fuzz = TRIO OF DOOM!

Hey Andy, which fuzz pedal would you recommend for the song Maggot Brain?
-
@YeungyBassMasta It's "Quiet" by Smashing Pumpkins.

-
@askerex A slight mid boost, a pretty paint job, and $220.

How does this compare to the 'big muff with tone wicker'?
Andy, how does this compare to the Cusack Screamer Fuzz?

This is fat like a Big Muff, the screamer fuzz tends to sounds a little clearer and overdrive-like.

Andy, what would you recommend, this or the Blackout Effectors Twosome dual fuzz?
Both sound great, I assume the blackout is more versatile.
Tim8tei 2 years ago
@Tim8tei That's a tough question because they're both excellent and have "Muff" qualities. It depends on what works best for your rig. If you want versatile, the Twosome obviously but the Fire Red certainly has a unique compression and tone.

PGS, what cables are you using in these demos? They look solid.

Hey Kareembo. I haven't been to the Schecter forum for a while. I need to stop in. Those are Core One cables. We love em.
