You're a liar. Truman was NOT a racist. He proposed the Civil Rights bill, before anyone else, but not many people knew about, because Congress vetoed it. So if he was racist, then why did he propose a Civil Rights bill to Congress?

Great job. Very few ever mention that Truman was the one who dropped the second bomb after hearing that the Japanese were ready to surrender. @Bilytkid the japanese had already offered unconditional surrender, except to keep the emporer. truman said not enough, and dropped nukes which horrifically murdered tens of thousands of civilians. then he basically accepted the japanese offer, as the emporer was allowed to remain. the records prove that the nukes were gratuitous, if anything to warn the soviets. so tens of thousands of innocent japanese were the first hapless pawns in the cold war. truman was a war criminal.
