Arm Circles, 10 reps each arm, forward and back

Wrist Circles, 10 reps
Shoulder Twists, 5 reps each way
Bodyweight Squats, 8 reps
Squat to Stand, 8 reps
Push-up Plus (Level 1), 8 reps
Push-up Plus (Level 2), 8 reps
Push-up Plus (Level 3), 8 reps
Push-up Plus (Level 4), 5 reps each arm
Cobra, 5 reps
Striders, 5 reps each leg
Striders with Rotation, 3 reps each side
Hamstring Stretch / Hip Flexor Stretch, 3 reps each side
Band Pull Aparts, 10 reps
Band Dislocates, 5 reps
Backward Rolls into Hamstring Stretch, 5 reps
Backward Rolls into Glute Stretch, 5 reps each arm
Squat to Forward Lunges, 3 reps each leg
Standing Glute Stretch, 5 reps each leg
Cradle Walks, 5 reps each leg

  • im freaking out that the band dislocated are gonna mess with my left shoulder that was dislocated and feels sketchy sometimes when i work out

    would your shoulder rehabilitation video be good for my kind of situation?

  • @mikenasa Mike anyone of these exercises (including the band dislocates). Pick whatever exercise you like in my shoulder rehab and substitute it right into the warm-up brother.

  • I'm definitely going to try this tomorrow! And I lol'd at the camera guy who asked, "Chest stretches?" while you're doing them. NOT NOW, BUD! Just film! :)

  • When I started training, I was so focused on squatting, benching and deadlifting a lot. I'd go straight into my workouts guns blazing.

    Only now do I realize that the stuff in this video is unbelievably crucial to accomplishing those things. Great stuff!
