I take the quran like the bible, I read it with a grain of salt & learn from what I can. I came from a Chrisitan background & learned about islam & read the Quran in 2 weeks time.I met local muslims and they are kind & not harsh like some Christians I have come across. I embraced the muslim way here in America ove a week ago.I get more peace during the prayer times then I did when i was in the baptist congregation.

how does a farmer treat his fields? pretty good i suppose, they protect their crops, gives alot of nourishment. Struggles to keep it in the best shape. So, shoudlnt a husband treat his wife with protection, affection, and nourish her.

the Quran is written in a metaphorical language, tahts why when we recite it is in a melodious way, its like poetry.

I like the way a Western Woman(white) in a very fashionable shiny Hermes scarf with immaculate make up and a double barrel name who lives in Free Democratic England has become the spokes person for Muslims. Further more no one is obligated to understand any body's religeon! i think it's important to point out that while there are predominantly muslim countries there is no Islamic state n there hadn't vbeen since the second world war when the Turkish khilafah was disbanded. There has been no khilafah since nor a caliph n whether it is in the uk or Iran or Afghanistan we all know that men in religion can let power corrupt them whether they r Christian Muslim or from any other faith.
