I thought your car was a beater at first, but it actually looks fairly clean - almost a rat rod look there. I say the 442 was every bit as boss as any GTO ever was.

Thanks bud! i'll check it out, what a pain it is to find a damn hood scoop all because my 455 (thats now a 468) is too freakin big :p
-
hey, anybody know what kind of hood scoop that is? I really need one for my car because the 455 sits up so tall in it, problem is most of them look stupid on it, this one and the original louvers are the way to go. Nice Ride man, Oldsmobile pride.

man, when you opened the door to your 67 i was like, "WOW, that looks comfy!!" lol sounds great, and i bet its enjoyable to boot.
-
do you happen to know how to remove windows?

Thats not that bad.
Thanks
Hey, glad you like the cutlass...
I bought the scoop from a company called erebuni corp but there site in no more.
It is fiberglass and I bonded it to the hood.
mrhoodscoop has a few cool scoops too.

Oh man that sounds fun!
nice work Scott, enjoy that beast.
I remember many a block long smokey burnout with the 455 (before the rod bearing issue).
Cheers!
Im building a street bruiser/cruiser big block 68 suburban to fill the gap but I really miss that cutlass.
