Virginia State Police captain Edward Hope openly admitted to raping his 6-year old step-daughter in court. The rapes continued for years, and the victim in now in her teens. In a perfectly typical response, the court system suspended the 20 year prison term and offered a 2 year probation period.

I currently live in Virginia, and the putrid nature of the police in this state is one of the primary reason I created this YouTube account. Virginia law enforcement is the worst possible example of subhuman filth imaginable. And I spent most of my adult life around police officers, so I have seen some real scumbags in my day.

As a whole, law enforcement in America are the sworn enemies of the American people, and the Constitution. An inordinately high percentage of police are rapists, substance abusers, pedophiles, sociopaths, and 40% openly admit they beat their wives. But when the are taken into court as a result of their many crimes, they all too often walk about with their freedom.
