This movie must have been the easiest cash Matt Damon ever made. Being Constantly constipated, sad, and with a stick up his butt, was passed as good acting.Even with Angelina Joilie nipping at his butt for affection the character barley showed an interest. The movie is a bunch of American Politicians standing around, wetting there pants in fear of the evil Russian. Whom if Soviet history has shown us any thing couldnt organize them selves out of a paper bag, ledalone invade the USA. TRASH

Wow this trailer had sooo many lines of dialogue in it that weren't in the actual movie. Does anyone know if some of these scenes are in a extended version or something?

u r right, but all trailers are like this. it's not only exclusive to this movie. i've noticed it in many many other trailers as well. i think they shoot special custom-made scenes for making trailers.

No...it's not a true story. Read about the real thing before you make that assumption. Matt Damon's character is an amalgam of two CIA figures: James Jesus Angleton and Richard Bissell, both of whom were NOT in Skull and Bones. There are other inaccuracies in the movie, but I'll leave that for now.

I take it you've done your home work on the CIA? I've studied them myself.

I'd love to speak with you.

Well...enough to know fact from fiction in this movie. Read a decent amt. about Angleton. Most of this information can be found in "Deception", by Edward Jay Epstein. The Yuri Modin characters in this movie were actually two KGB defectors: Golisyn and Nosenko. Nobody to this day is sure which one was the real defector, and which one was the fake one. The movie gets all of this f*cked up.

and i think this was Angelina's best movie..... she is actually better as a conservative actress rather then the usual bad ass role she so often does
