I tried blocking photoshop from accessing the internet and stop asking for the stupid password each time and it didn't work, I did it exactly how you said and nothing.......

@overtkill7 Photoshop has more than one file that will try to access the internet. You've got to block them all, or re-route the server addresses it tries to connect to to your own, local ip in the hosts file.

What Screen record program do you use? And how do you get it to zoom in and out?
