How To Block Programs From The Internet [Windows Vista/7]

To get "Fire wall with advanced security" in the Start search bar type "fire" and then select it.

I tried blocking photoshop from accessing the internet and stop asking for the stupid password each time and it didn't work, I did it exactly how you said and nothing.......

@overtkill7 Photoshop has more than one file that will try to access the internet. You've got to block them all, or re-route the server addresses it tries to connect to to your own, local ip in the hosts file.
