This video is a charging experiment.
Bedini SSG charged the Charge Battery.
Before this experiment, Primary Battery = 4.07V.
Charge Battery = 0.00V. (precisely, 14mV. but almost 0V)
- Result ~
Primary Battery : 4.07V → 3.83V ( - 0.24V )
Charge Battery : 0.00V → 2.04V ( + 2.04V )
Only 0.24V drawing from Primary Battery could charge 2.04V into Charge Battery.
P.S.
Several hours later, I checked & saw the Charge Battery was only 0.538V.
I'm not sure what happened to the Battery.
It was disconnected during the hours.
Why ?
From comwarrior69 :
When a lead acid is below about 0.7 vvolts per cell it will not accept current at a fast rate (unless you PUSH it in with more voltage - called a hot charge)
Thanks comwarrior69 !
Thanks for your kind explanations !
I will keep going !

surface charge is misleading and totally incorrect... it's normal for any battery to take a couple of hours for the surface charge to disapate throughout the entire battery...
0.7V per cell is the absolute minimum... but do not rapid charge the battery till the cell voltage is back above 1.3V per cell...
Most people say that dropping a lead acid below 1.3V per cell is bad... provided your not pulling high amounts (relitive to the batterys capacity) of amps then it should be ok...

Thank you.
I see.
That's why my Charge Battery goes down from 2.04V until 0.5V after this experiment.
I should not discharge the 6V Charge Battery below about 2.1V (0.7V x 3 cells) in such a low voltage setup.
And, we don't have to care about surface charge voltage ?

the drop in charge battery is because the 2 volts is actually a surface charge...
This surface charge is caused by the batteries own internal resistance...
The rotor slows down due to the amount the charge battery is pulling...
