Abdominal massage can be very effective in relieving menstrual cramps, bloating, constipation, anxiety, stomach distress, shallow breathing...the list goes on She mentions Mantack Chia and Arvigo in the video, excellent resources for practitioners and further information.

  • Wow I'm so glad I found this page! Thanks so much!! Just come out of hospital, have endo but they didn't give me any real treatment, must wait 6 wks for a scan etc A complimentary health specialist discovered the endo (not hospital) & I'm taking loads of vits & herbs etc but still no good. Been poorly now for 3wks with cramps, crazy! So glad I found this page, will look at ur other page and my poor sore lower tummy will get a massage! ty so much. Saw a dvd for it but couldn't afford it. hugs xx
