  • @asiaqueen4ever you have to have a micro sd card. open it up on a computer and paste an mp3 file anywhere you want and open music on your phone and it should be there

  • @Myst3ry1996 Then you remove the MicroSD and place into your computer, you may need an adapter that fits into an regular SD slot. Then open whichever drive it shows up in and go to images or videos and copy paste to your computer and your done.

  • @Myst3ry1996 You need a MicroSD that is 16GB or less which goes below the volume control buttons on the left side of the phone. You then go to "My Folder" then Images then to Photos and go to Options in the bottom left and select move to or copy to Memory Card then select Selected or Multiple and select the photo(s) that you want to put on the MicroSD then click Copy or Move in the bottom left and when Images is highlighted click options and paste to selected Folder.
