@sestren2503 well, she only does that because without proof, the person can claim something is or isn't true and she has nothing to tell her otherwise, so it's wide open for them to deny or approve. she's not really telling them what they should say, she's just showing the litigant(s) what a lack of evidence can allow for.
Not trying to treat you like an idiot or anything, I'm just saying. Personally, I love when she does that because it just amuses me. I find it funny!XD

While I think JM is a great judge I really hate how she does the "Watch this,....." scenarios. Shes basically telling the other party what they should say, not what they did say.

@Volkovic7013 the funny part is Harvey allegedly quit practicing law because some senior lawyer partner told him he can't have morals if he's going to be a lawyer. So he quit, and started making fun of people on TPC and TMZ.
