That 300 came with a 440 or 383h/p . both big blocks. There is no replacment for displacement...

Ich war auch da hab ein ganzen film darüber gemacht :P der weiße war ja der hamma wo er den gelben abgezogen hat :O ich fand das da so geil !!!

This is a very cool race! Sure the 300 is heavy but with a little engine work, tranny shift kit, and maybe lower rearend gears that car will move pretty darn good.
I know because I too have one and did some work to it and it goes!
It is also featured on You Tube.

That was less than exciting
-
it all depends on the motors
-
you dont know that.....the 300 could have better tires. the driver could have a better reaction time.
-
Chrysler could take it in Hit-To-Pass as well.

boys, you better be doing your homework! 3 ton cars that would smoke anything on the road were here before the first muscle cars!
small block cuda vs. big block 300 and the Cuda should have won? WHAT?
Children, the 300 had a soft suspension = weight transfer = traction out of the hole! plus you have instant big block torque.
Come on! Get a grip, that cuda at best had a 340, and they were screamers, but they had to scream to make power. A 300 was the CTS-V of the era, meaning your average everyday Mustang 351, Camaro 327, or Cuda 340 was not going to win a stoplight to stoplight race with your avg. 300! Lesson learned?
