Greg Whitby is surely one of the most forward thinking Directors of Education anywhere in the world. Fact. When he takes the time to speak to you, you'd better listen which is exactly what a group of about 30 Scottish educators took the opportunity to do when he dropped into LTS in Glasgow in October 2009.

In this video, Greg talks about some of the factors that determine 'school' for pupils... none of which have the needs of the learner included as part of the planning process.
