Environment - Jack Layton/Carbon Tax/Cap and Trade

Yes the green plan of all parties are jokes!! Big polluters can pay, and will just keep paying fines as long as they make cash they will not care. A good green plan would be to shut down industry that pollutes within 5 years if they do not come up with solutions to cutting down their pollution. As well as Canada should be investing in H20 technologies,as from what I have seen from individuals like you and me have been using these inventions to power their vehicles with no gas,or very little gas.I would say anyone who pollutes after 5 years has passed is to shut them down, Canadians can do fine without plastic and so forth. I know Canadians would really help out in anyway they could if the governments really got serious about a real green plan. Cap and trade is just as good as a carbon tax, the NDP's , Liberals, and Conservative have never done anything right, there is far too much corruption!! Also the government could take the tax off the gas to help Canadians, 40% is tax on gas!!

By the way, Layton says Carbon Tax is good in this video, and in one from July he was against it!! LOL A**hole liar, flip flops like the rest!!
